Weight Loss/Mass Gain Animations & Videos

These are various animations and videos created from my daily pictures.

The animated GIFs have the best quality, but are rather large. The AVIs are lower in quality, but are much smaller in size. The Quicktime (MOV) video is really cool, and in most ways is a huge improvement over the other videos. Check it out!
