Lisa was off from work yesterday, and yesterday morning she announced that I would not need to worry about cooking dinner. Nice! In yesterday’s blog I mentioned that I was probably going to have quinoa for lunch, and that’s exactly what I prepared. I tossed in some olive oil and black olives, and when it was done cooking I woofed down a massive bowlful. πŸ™‚ One of the nice things about quinoa is it’s remarkably satiating.
