2007 Cutting Phase: Weeks 7-10

WEEK 10 CHANGE: During the final week of this phase (week 10), Mastover is starting to slowly reduce my carb intake. So, for week 10 I am eating exactly as shown below with the exception of Meals 2 and 3 on training days, which are as follows:

Meal 2: Reduce 8 oz sweet potato to 4 oz
Meal 3: Reduce 1 cup brown rice (cooked) to 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
