Saturday, June 23:
M1: 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit
M2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup oatmeal
M3: 5 oz chicken, 4 oz sweet potato
M4: 5 oz chicken, 1 medium banana
M5: 5 oz chicken, 1/2 cup oatmeal
M6: 7 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit

- 2.5 gallons water
- 2 scoops Beverly "Glutamine Select" + 1 tspn bulk BCAA powder between meals
- 3 Beverly "Lean Out" tabs 20 min prior to meals


Sunday, June 24:
M1: 1 cup egg whites, 1 grapefruit
M2: 5 oz chicken, 1/2 cup oatmeal
M3: 5 oz chicken, 4 oz sweet potato
M4: 5 oz chicken, 1 medium banana
M5: 5 oz chicken, 1/2 cup oatmeal
